Completion Time

Each item is handmade one by one from a to z by ourselves. There are very limited quantity of ready stocks as we do not produce in bulk in one time. Basically, 1 -3 weeks (refer to product page) production time is required to handmake a new piece for order once out-of-stock. We suggest you to confirm the current availability with us before you place order. For ready stock, we will arrange shipment/drop-off at courier in 1-2 days.

Not applicable to “Exclusive Special” category – one and only piece. They are ready pieces.

Shipping

Currently, only domestic shipping in West Malaysia via courier is available. Customers can also pickup at our Rawang store or meet up with us at KL area. Kindly contact us for location.

Return & Refund

All sales are final and non-refundable. 

Exception: A replacement/partial refund may be available if there is a major damage of the item received. Kindly notify us immediately with photo/video evidence during the day you received the item. We are sorry to inform that we are unable to offer replacement/partial refund after the day you received the item.

All prices are listed in Malaysia Ringgit. By placing an order, you are agreed to pay the stated price (including any applicable shipping fee).
